OKRs & Friends is a collaborative goal-tracking and team alignment platform. The Service provides tools for creating and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), execution plans, team coordination, and gamified progress visualization. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; (e) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission; (f) impersonate any person or entity.
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of OKRs & Friends and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you create through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and implement industry-standard security measures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKRs & Friends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
